Clean Cities Research Qualitative Focus Groups Report
This report and slide deck dig into the personal perceptions, experiences and support for they key municipal policy areas: home and building improvements and public infrastructure initiatives. Building on the concerns and support identified in the Phase 3 Quantitative Survey, these six focus groups were organized by location (BC/ON) and segmentation (5 Canadas of Climate) and allowed residents from diverse economic and living situations to discuss the benefits and drawbacks of each initiative and identify key frames that resonate when discussing these policies. The focus groups were conducted by Environics. Key insights include the importance of shared benefits and protect and prepare frames.
