Clean Cities Research Phase 2 Report (BC building industry interviews)
In this phase of the Clean Cities Research Project, James Glave interviewed 20 building developers and contractors in BC to learn more about industry perspectives on achievability, readiness and viability of BC’s new building decarbonization regulations including the Zero Carbon Step Code. The interviews with industry professionals revealed a range of concerns as well as opportunities for better engagement and efficacy with an industry facing significant challenges and pressures.
