EcoA Research Brief: Rural Ontario and climate concern and denial
This brief highlights research and analysis done by Drs. Erick Lachappelle and Marjolaine Martel-Morin (UdeM), drawing from their CA-MAP National Segmentation Survey (2023), as well as the Yale Climate Communications Climate Opinion Maps of Canada (2018) It reveals some variances in climate concern, denial and support for solutions between rural and urban Ontarians and looks at the social values in these these regions and how they influence climate beliefs.
