Pipeline politics in Canada: a closer look

This analytical briefing explores some of the factors that predict support or opposition to oil pipeline construction, with a focus on two projects in the news in 2017, the Kinder Morgan and Energy East pipelines. Factors examined include one’s political and environmental views, and proximity to pipelines. The analysis is based on data collected in EcoAnalytics Panoramic Survey, May 2017.
