This issue highlights the findings of our Clean Cities Research, Phase 2 BC Building Industry Stakeholder interviews, conducted by James Glave, Bright Future Studio. These interviews with Part 3 and Part 9 building contractors and developers revealed some valuable insights into the industry’s readiness to meet provincial carbon regulations. We also look back at the most effective frames for engaging Canadians on a national electricity grid, in the wake of Ontario’s recent announcement about provincial cooperation on a national grid.
